WHAT WE BELIEVE

AI should do the work, not answer questions. A project plan generated from source documents. A schedule built from live data. An RfQ package extracted from engineering drawings. Not a suggested approach. The actual output, ready for a person to review and decide.

WHY WE EXIST

No industrial project runs like a production line. Every project starts over: a new site, new suppliers, decisions made in an order that’s never been tried before. That complexity falls on the people running it, coordinating contractors, procurement, design, and construction while holding cost, scope, and quality together. When something breaks, the day turns into firefighting.

No project manager can hold hundreds of interdependencies in working memory while making the calls that matter. We don’t think the answer is a chatbot that summarises the mess faster. It’s agents that execute that work directly, so people can actually run the project.

OUR STORY

Prenner started as an engineering consultancy running project management and Owner’s Engineering on industrial investments. Years on real projects taught us where the time actually goes: project planning and scheduling, procurement, site coordination, and finding the right information buried in technical documents. Most of it now within reach of AI.

Prenner AI is what we built in response. It gives every project engineer an agent to hand that work to, so their own day goes to decisions, not assembly. The project team runs the project.
